For patients visiting our northern offices — Danbury, Litchfield, New Milford, Ridgefield, Sharon and Southbury click the button below. The Northern Patient Portal allows access to view appointments, send messages, view some clinical information, fill out forms, request medical records and pay bills.

Existing patients who already have portal access can click the button above to log in.
Patients who have not received an email with login information from OrthoCT can send an email to:
portalsupport@myorthoct.com to request for portal PIN.
Once you have submitted the necessary information you will be sent an email invitation to access the portal.
