Dr. Zachary Lans is a fellowship-trained pain medicine physician at OrthoConnecticut, where he specializes in treating complex pain syndromes using a multidisciplinary and patient-centered approach. He completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, a Harvard-affiliated program known for its rigorous training in advanced interventional and minimally invasive techniques. During fellowship, he was honored with the Carol A. Warfield Award in Pain Management, recognizing exceptional clinical care and technical skill.

Dr. Lans completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where he gained extensive experience in regional anesthesia, interventional procedures, and perioperative pain management. His clinical focus includes a variety of fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided procedures, spinal cord stimulation, and evidence-based multimodal pain strategies.

Dr. Lans is board-certified in Anesthesiology and board-eligible in Pain Medicine. He is also an active contributor to clinical research and education, with publications and presentations in pain management, anesthesiology, and perioperative care.
